Safeguarding

Linton Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all members of our school community to share this commitment.

We have a duty to act responsibily when we are concerned about a child's welfare and well being.

We do this by:-

* Preventing unsuitable people working with our children.

* Promoting safe working and facilities.

* Identifying instances where there are grounds for concern about a child's welfare and taking appropriate action to keep them safe.

* Working in partnership with outside agencies who provide services for children.

Our designated teacher for child protection is Mrs S. Mason, with Mrs R. Robertson acting  in this role in her absence.
